Some owners prefer to stay hands-on. Others want to be completely hands-off. Many fall somewhere in between. Beesist is built to support all of those approaches.
Full management is always in place. Additional services are added only when needed, so you stay in control and never pay for things you don’t use.
What’s included with base management
$50 per month, per unit
This covers the core of full property management, including:
- 24/7 support for you and your tenants
- Professional tenant communication handled for you
- Rent collection with automatic deposits to your account
- Real-time financial tracking through the platform
- Maintenance request management (use our trades or choose your own)
You can be fully hands-off with Beesist, or stay involved. The service adapts to you.
Tenant placement, when you need it
45% of one month’s rent
Our tenant placement service covers everything from listing to move-in and includes our 1/12 guarantee.
- If we don’t secure a tenant within one month, you don’t pay
- If your tenant leaves within 12 months, we find a replacement at no extra charge (Some conditions apply)
Additional services,

Some situations require extra support. These services are available when you need them:
- Inspections
- Project management
- Tenant disputes
- Support during transitions or special situations
You only add these services when they make sense for you.
